Plot Summary:Commissioner Emil Migrain has been promoted to the national security, and replaced in the precinct by his equally bossy, bumbling but boasting brother, commissioner Kamiel Migrain. Criminal Bad Max has invented sun glasses with a hidden device to make people obey him and sends those to grandpa Fonkel supposedly as a mail winner, so he goes rob the National Bank and is videotaped in the act before bringing the cash to bad Max and forgetting what he did. After finding him, even Toby can grant Mieke only 24 hours to try and prove Opa's innocence while he hides in his secret laboratory.
